1. Introduction Welcome to Spotline Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of web development, graphic design, and related digital services by Spotline Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to you (“the Client”). By accepting a quote and paying the initial deposit, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Payment Terms To ensure commitment from both parties, our billing process is structured as follows:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before any design or development work begins. This reserves your spot in our schedule.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon project completion and your final approval, prior to the website going live or the delivery of final high-resolution design files.
3. Revisions and Scope of Work We want you to love the final result. Most of our projects include up to two (2) rounds of revisions during the design phase.
Any additional revisions or changes requested outside the original project scope will be quoted and billed separately at our standard hourly rate.
Once a design phase is approved, any fundamental changes to that design later in the process may incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities To keep the project on track, the Client agrees to provide all necessary materials (text, images, branding assets, logins) in a timely manner. If a project is delayed for more than 30 days due to the Client failing to provide feedback or required content, Spotline Studio reserves the right to pause the project or invoice for the work completed to date.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Before Final Payment: Spotline Studio retains full ownership of all code, designs, and files.
After Final Payment: Upon clearing the final invoice, full ownership of the final website and design assets is seamlessly transferred to the Client.
Portfolio Rights: Spotline Studio reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our digital portfolio and social media channels to promote our services.
